Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

There are certain products that cannot be returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., underwear, socks).
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
  • Personalized items such as custom apparel with names or designs.

Non-returnable Items
In addition to the items listed above, the following products are also non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products (e.g., design templates, digital products)
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., body sprays, lotions, etc.)
  • Opened or worn clothing (e.g., worn shirts, jackets, pants) that cannot be resold.

Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted. These include:

  • Apparel with obvious signs of use (e.g., worn T-shirts, damaged shoes)
  • Opened or used accessories (e.g., hats, socks, belts)
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company. Refunds may take time to appear on your statement.
  3. Contact your bank as there may be processing delays before the refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at abenindustries@gmail.com, and mail your item to: House No. 7 Street No. 18 Block D Mohallah Gulzar Colony, Gujranwala, Pakistan.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be issued once we receive the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed back to the original purchaser, and they will be notified about the return.


Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
